What is the Reward Points Program?

To show our gratitude and further improve the value-added services for your faithful support, we have launched the Reward Point Program.

You can earn points (or shopping points) counted on all the purchases you made at rcMart.

Further, you can also enjoy the valuable rebate by the redemption of earned shopping points hereafter.

The more you buy now, the more shopping points you get, consequently the higher purchase value you can redeem in future.

How does this Program Work?

When you place an order, the total amount * of the order will be used to calculate your credit amount of points earned as pending points.

These pending points will be listed in your Shopping Points account after we ensure your order is approved and completed.

These will become shopping points after your activation in addition to show your new shopping point balance and its credit value in dollar amount. Once the credit is shown in your account, you can immediately redeem the earned shopping points for your next purchase.

You can always login your account to view the status of the earned shopping points balance and its credit value in dollar amount.

Points and Values?

For every USD$1.00 spent at rcMart, you shall earn 1 shopping point

For example: Order amount = USD$100.00, Shopping points = 100 pts, which equals to value US$0.40

rcMart reserves the right to change the conversion rate * at any time without prior notice. The change of the rate only applies to your new purchase that your previous earned credit value is unaffected. You can often see this line of FAQ to check the updated conversion rate.

Redeeming Shopping Points?

If you have a credit balance in your Shopping Points account, you can pay for your purchase made at rcMart by redemption of earned shopping points.

In the checkout process, on the same page that you select a payment method, there is a display box. You can tick the box to exercise redemption by using all available points.

If your credit balance is inadequate to cover the full amount of your purchase, you need to select another payment method as usual to continue the payment for the remaining amount.

When you continue to the confirmation page in the checkout process, you will notice that the value of the redeemed shopping points will be credited towards your current order. Once you confirm the order, the redeemed points value are deducted from your credit balance, and then your shopping points record will be updated showing the points you did earn and use in your account.

Please be aware that any purchases fully redeemed with shopping points shall not be rewarded with new pending points. On the other hand, any purchases partially redeemed with new pending points will only be rewarded with new pending points for the dollar amount spent but excluding the dollar amount redeemed with points.

Minimum Points Required?

Currently, no minimum shopping points balance is required to exercise redemption of earned shopping points. However, you should select another payment method in the checkout process for balance settlement if your credit balance is not enough to cover the full value of your purchase.

Minimum Purchase Amount Required?

Maximum Points Redemption allowed per order?

A maximum of 20,000 shopping points * (equivalent to US$80.00) is allowed for redemption per order.

The amount is calculated based on the current conversion rate. When the rate is changed, the maximum point redemption per order is allowed to be changed too. For details, please see the FAQ before you do exercise redemption.
