Milestone

2001.02 - The Domain name dinball.com was created and launched.

2001.05 - Dinball opened a Mini-Z track in Western, Hong Kong.

2001.10 - Dinball first On-line store was opened.

2002.01 - Dinball Mini-Z race track was closed. Dinball was relocated to new facilities in MongKok to focus on the on-line business.

2002.11 - Dinball on-line store was renamed to "rcMart". A new domain rcMart.com was created and launched.

2004.02 - rcMart was relocated to a 4,000 sq feet office/ warehouse in Mong Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

2006.01 - rcMart was relocated to a 11,000 sq feet office/ warehouse in Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

2007.04 - rcMart acquired Xpress from Sun Sun Hobby, a Hong Kong RC Car manufacturer since 1995.

2013.10 - rcMart got another 6,000 sq feet warehouse in Hong Kong to stock more RC products.

2014.01 - Our RC Track "M8 Raceway" Opened for our R&D Team to test our products.

2016.08 - Newly built rcMart office opens in a 5,000 sq ft area in Draco Building, Morlite building office space turned into warehouse space

2019.06 - rcMart retail store opened in Yau Ma Tei and provide local pick-up service.

2020.03 - New Website launched

2021.02 - Hong Kong Website Launched

2021.09 - rcMart retail store opened in Yuen Long

Why rcMart?

Professional

“Knowing who you’re dealing with: get the seller’s phone number and postal address”… this is one of the golden rules for secure on-line shopping. Some online stores do not have office or warehouse. What they have are just their website storefronts, but nothing else; no physical office/ address, no contact telephone, no fax, no staff, no stock, and, perhaps, no shipment. Unlike those amateur shops, rcMart.com (owned by rcMart Limited, which is a registered company in Hong Kong.) has a physical office, 50+ full-time staff, and a 20,000 sq feet warehouse and a 10,000 sq feet warehouse in China.

Physical Stock

We sell what we have! Some RC online shops do not keep stock. Their business is just purchase-on-demand. Luckily, you will get your orders from them after one or two weeks, if stock is available at the local distributors. In most cases, they will request you to change this or that. Sometimes, it even takes thousand years for you to get a reply from them. Surely this is not what you want, right?

We sell our stocked products only! What you see on our site is all in stock. All out-of-stock items will be removed from the list ASAP. Right now, we have around a thousand orders daily; therefore, some goods may run out of stock temporarily after deducting the quantities from orders. But, we will do our best to re-stock all products right away! rcMart will continue to increase our stock level and varieties to keep pace with our growth!
